Most guests reach Spetses by ferry from Athens or by private car transfer from the Airoport. From the port it’s a short taxi ride to the villa. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send detailed arrival instructions and our driver contacts.
There are two easy routes. The high-speed ferry from Piraeus reaches Spetses in around an hour and a half, or you can take a private transfer to Kosta on the mainland, about 2.5 hours from Athens airport, and cross to the island by water taxi in minutes. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send detailed instructions and our trusted driver contacts.
Every season has its charm. July and August are the liveliest, while May, June, September and October offer warm days, a quieter island and a sea that’s perfect for swimming well into autumn. If you visit in early September, the Armata festival fills the harbour with boats, music and fireworks.
We are flexible and can adapt to your needs. Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If we don’t have same-day arrivals or departures, we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
A member of our local team will meet you at the villa (or nearby) to hand over the keys, show you around and answer any questions. For very late arrivals we may arrange a self check-in with clear instructions.
